Shipping Information: We ship via UPS and USPS
Blank items usually ship within 1-2 business days.
Personalized items for corrections and fire department usually ship within 5-7 business days. You will be contacted if any item is out of stock, and provided with an estimated ship date. You will then have the option to accept or cancel.
Personalized promotional T-shirts and polos normal production time is 2-3 weeks.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation of Orders- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, if no work has begun, or if items have not been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled if work has been performed (personalization, patches, embroidery, alterations, or items that are custom made just for you). Please call to check on the status of your order.

Returns/Refunds:
Blank items must be returned within 5 days of receipt of the items. You must call for approval of your return. Return requests after 5 days of receipt of items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, at M&M's discretion.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

There are no returns or refunds for any item which has been personalized just for you, (engraving, embroidery, screen printing, patches, or alterations).

Items with factory defects-
Please contact us. You will need to send us your item along with an explanation of the defect. Your item will be inspected and a refund or replacement will be determined by the factory.
